» DON'T BE A JACKASS. Jackassery and trolling will get you banned from our chatrooms, and kicked from our community.

» RESPECT. If there is a roleplay going on. Be sure to use some form of indication that you're talking o.o.c and not interupting.
» COURTESY. When it comes to roleplay, private message those who are engaged in group roleplay, or if they're doing one on one roleplay- and ASK them if you can join.
» GROUP ROLEPLAY. Pay attention to your posting order. Keep it alphabetical order, please. (Unless specified otherwise) If a multigroup roleplay is in play, pay attention to the order of your group, and keep the posts flowing.
» CHARACTER ACTIVITY. We don't require a huge commitment, but we do ask our members to be active. We appreciate we all have busy lives, but on occassion certain characters become popular/desirable and people wish to play them, only to find the character held by a player who is chronically inactive. We don't need players to always be playing in the room, PM and (confirmed) Skype RPs are as valid as in room groups. We just ask for some level of participation and commitment to your character. In addition to this, while we do not dictate how many characters one holds, we do suggest knowing your own limits in terms of the number of characters you can hold and remain reasonably active with.
» NO DOUBLES. There's hundreds of Marvel characters. If one you love is taken, try another. Due to confusion between OOC and IC as well as canon, and non-canon storylines, there will be no doubles allowed in the room. If you're curious about a taken role, ask a mod for permission to play the taken character.
» ROLE-PLAY. Very simply, it is not up to the mods to create, and develop every role-play in the room. If it's silent, feel free to set up your own stories. If there is ongoing role-play, talk to everyone who is engaged in the scene, and see if, and how your character can fit in. A little effort goes a long way.
» PROFILE - CONTENT. While you may know all there is to know about your character, please have some sort of information, or a photo set to be displayed on your profile. This makes things easier for people to roleplay with you, when the basics of your character are known. We ask that you keep things tasteful. We're all adults here, and we know sex happens, but when it comes to sexually explicit images/nudity please use a link with an NSFW label. We're here to have fun and role-play, not be surprised by sex organs. This is the same for profiles.

**This is not a movie-verse focused room. While players are encouraged to find a face-claim for their chosen character - it's not required. However, the room does have a set storyline that is similar to the events in the movies. That said, our room deviates from the movie-verse as much as the comics do. This does not mean you are stuck with the movie version of your character, unless that is what you want to play. However - keep in mind, the rest of the characters are creating their history as they go. You will have to do the same - to a certain extent with all characters.
